Bissap (drink) g02 5/8 31

-Bissap flowers
-Mint
-Brown sugar, or honey, or pineapple juice
Boil the bissap flower, 1 tbsp per quart, for 20 min.  Then turn off heat and add mint to fuse.  When room temparature, remove bissap flower and mint, now add your sugar to taste.
Refrigerate.
