Soupe au poisson Machoiron (Catfish)

-Fish (usually Machoiron (catfish) but can use Cap).
-Onion
-Tomatoes
-Piments
-Tomatoes in a can
-Oil
Cook together until onions are nice and tender.  Then put all except the fish in the blender.  Put back on top of fish, add some water and continue cooking.  Add some salt to taste.
Serve with Attieke.

Bissap (drink) g02 5/8 31

-Bissap flowers
-Mint
-Brown sugar, or honey, or pineapple juice
Boil the bissap flower, 1 tbsp per quart, for 20 min.  Then turn off heat and add mint to fuse.  When room temparature, remove bissap flower and mint, now add your sugar to taste.
Refrigerate.

Allocoe

-Banana Plantain
-Onion
-Salt
Cut plantain in chunks, salt it and cut onions in it (julian).  Then in very hot oil, fry them until nice and dore.
Serve with Pate a piment.

Pate a Piment

-Cabbage
-Onion
-Tomatoes
-Garlic
-Parsley
-Pepper Corn
-Handful of piment
Put all together to boil, until all ingredient are tender.  Then blend and put back to boil until water had diminished.
Serve with Allocoe and boiled eggs.

With leftover Italien Chicken

Make a white sauce and add the chicken, then add a small can of tomatoes.
Cook Zucchini with dill.
Use your zucchini like it was pasta and cover with a sauce

Cabbage Salad for Mexican Meal

Wisk
-Chili Paste
-Garlic
-Lime juice
-Sugar
-Salt
Then add Cabbage
Excellent for a Fajita meal.

Best Homemade Tortillas

-4 Cups flour
-3 tsp baking powder
-2 tsp salt
-4 tsp oil
Mix together, then add slowly
-1 1/2 cups warm water
Knee
Let set for 20 min.
Seperate in 16 balls
Let set for 10 min.
Roll out 16 beautifull tortillas
